Trailer Hire – Important Information
To book a Trailer Hire, Flatbeds, Camping, then please call our team on 01909 473749.
To secure your trailer booking, the full hire is to be paid in full upfront. Upon arrival to collect the trailer a cash deposit is required. Once the trailer is returned back to us, it will be thoroughly checked over. If there is any damage to the trailer or its parts, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the deposit refund. No deposits will be accepted via card payment.
Please Note – If the hired Trailer is returned to us earlier than originally booked, no refund will be given for the remaining hire days.
We also require two forms of identification from the hirer. Both of these ID documents must include proof of your current address and at least one of the documents must show a clear photograph. For example; utility bill and driving license.
The hirer will also need a standard rectangular number plate to fit to the back of the trailer, as this is a legal requirement.
Any of the above points which are not successfully carried out upon collection. The trailer hire will not be honoured and no refund for the hire will be given.
If you need to cancel the trailer hire, we require 2 days notice. Again, if this is not given, no hire refund will be given.
